Carpe integrates with third-party affiliate services including DoorDash, Uber Eats, OpenTable, Viator, Ticketmaster, Uber, and Lyft. When you tap a link to these services, you leave the Carpe app and are subject to their respective privacy policies. We may receive a commission when you complete a transaction through these links.
Carpe stores your spin history and preferences locally on your device. We use Supabase as our backend database provider for business listing data. No personal user data is stored on our servers.

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, accuracy of listings, or availability in any specific location.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Carpe App LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
