Delete your Carpe account
Carpe App LLC — applies to the Carpe app for iOS and Android and the Carpe Business Portal
In the app (fastest)
Open Carpe → Profile → Settings → Delete Account, then confirm. Your account and the data listed below are removed immediately.
By email
Email support@carpe-app.com from the address on your account with the subject “Delete my Carpe account”. We process requests within 30 days and confirm by reply.
What is deleted
- Your account credentials and profile (email, name if provided)
- Saved favorites and spin history linked to your account
- Business Portal account, claimed-listing ownership records, and contact details you submitted
What may be retained
- Anonymized, aggregated usage statistics that cannot identify you
- Billing records for Business Portal subscriptions, kept as required for tax and accounting purposes
- Records we must keep to comply with law or resolve disputes
Note: consumers can use Carpe without creating an account. If you never signed in, there is no account to delete — uninstalling the app removes local data on your device.
